[GUIDE & RULES] Technical Issues – How to Report Bugs & Get Help

Welcome to Technical Issues!

This section is ONLY for reporting technical problems with the game client, pre-launcher, website, forum, or server connection issues (once the game is live on July 16, 2026).

Examples of what belongs here:
- Launcher won't start / crashes on install
- Connection errors, high ping, login issues
- Game crashes, freezes, graphical glitches
- Forum / site bugs (e.g., can't register, post not saving)
- Antivirus false positives, compatibility problems (Windows XP–11)

What does NOT belong here:
- Game mechanics questions (e.g., "how to level up?") → Game Questions section
- Suggestions / feature requests → Suggestions & Ideas
- Clan / trade discussions → Clans or Trade
- General chat → General Discussion

How to Create a Helpful Thread (please follow this format to get faster help!):

1. Thread title format:
   [Problem Type] Short Description
   Examples:
   - [Launcher Crash] Game won't start after install on Windows 10
   - [Connection Error] High ping / disconnects from Asia region
   - [Graphical Bug] Textures missing / black screen

2. In the post body, include as much detail as possible:
   - Your OS (Windows XP / 7 / 10 / 11, 32/64-bit)
   - Pre-launcher version (check in launcher settings)
   - Exact error message (copy-paste or screenshot if possible)
   - Steps to reproduce the problem
   - Hardware specs if relevant (CPU, GPU, RAM)
   - What you've tried already (reinstall, compatibility mode, etc.)
   - Logs if available (launcher logs usually in game folder)
   - Your country / timezone (helps with ping/server issues)

3. Attach screenshots/videos.

Rules:
- Search first — maybe someone already posted the same issue.
- One thread per problem — don't create multiples for the same bug.
- Be patient — staff checks this section regularly, but responses may take time (pre-launch phase).
- No spam, no off-topic, no bumping old threads unnecessarily (edit your post instead).
- English preferred for titles and main description (body can include your language if needed).
- We do NOT provide support for third-party software, cheats, or modified clients.
