How deep is the crafting system? Is it tied to professions?

Question

Describe the depth of the crafting system: what professions/specializations are available, can players learn multiple professions, and are there limits on combinations.
Clarify the production stages (gathering, processing, crafting, upgrading/enchanting) and whether rare patterns/recipes are required to create endgame items.
Please also explain whether there will be economic interdependence (for example: some materials available only through specific professions or locations), and to what extent crafted gear can compete with dropped gear in power.

1) The crafting system in Dalam World is quite deep and fully tied to specific professions, making it a key element of the economy and character progression.
2) Crafting is available only to the gnome race, through their branches of professions. Other races cannot craft but depend on crafters.
3) All professions can enchant items, but the success rate for enchanting is better among the gnome race.
4) Economic interdependence is high! This is the foundation of the economy in Dalam World! While some professions craft items well, others are better at gathering those items. Other professions need these items but level up faster. Dependencies: Gatherers → Crafters → Everyone else (market sales). No gatherers means no materials and recipes for crafting, resulting in no unique items in the world!
5) Crafted gear fully competes with and often surpasses dropped gear!

Overall, crafting is a mechanic that requires a team of friends/clan for success. A good crafter is always valued in any team and clan!
